Tamara Comins

As a paraplanner, Tami assists in plan design, implementation, and closely monitoring that client objectives are being met.  She researches funds for asset allocation by considering performance and risk metrics.  Tami also generates and assists in analyzing retirement projection plans.

Tami began her career in financial planning at Lincoln Financial Group in May 2017 as a financial planning assistant intern. The next two summers she worked as a paraplanning intern and a marketing/business development intern.  Additionally, she has volunteered as a tax preparer through the IRS VITA program.

Tami graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  She was a member of the UMass Division I Women’s Tennis Team.  Tami is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Planning at the University of Alabama.  She is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Currently living in Pittsford, Tami enjoys running and playing tennis.
